Railroad Update Note: As some of you may be aware, the gates at the Railroad crossing on Harmony have been stuck down on a number of occasions lately due to moisture on the sensor. Staff is aware of this problem and we are in contact with Great Western Railroad to fix this problem. If you are stopped by the gates that are stuck down, please call Town Administration at 970-224-3211 or after hours at 970-443-7663 so we can report it to the railroad immediately. Timnath Municipal Election Applicants are required to pick up their packets from the Town Clerk. The Town of Timnath Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2010. This election will be a mail ballot election conducted by the Town of Timnath. This election will be for Town Councilmember seats. All candidates run and are elected on an at-large basis without regard to political affiliation. Candidate petitions may be circulated starting February 16, 2010. Candidate packets can be picked up from the Town Clerk at 4800 Goodman Street, Timnath, Colorado. Any registered voter can apply for Absentee Voter Ballot beginning January 6, 2010.
